Partners Todd Reber and Chef John Jacob have built a solid reputation and local following for consistently serving the finest wines and fresh cuisine since 1998.

Partner, Manager and “Wine Guru”, Todd Reber, holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, and has an expansive foundation in the hospitality and restaurant business having worked in the Emerald Coast’s most successful venues before opening Vin’tij in 1998.

Partner and Chef John Jacob, a New York Restaurant School graduate, has over 33 years experience cooking coast-to-coast from Bar Harbor to Seattle.
