Partner & Manager Todd Reber, with a B.S. in Marketing, has a solid foundation in the hospitality and restaurant business having worked in the Emerald Coast’s most successful venues before opening Vin’tij in 1998.

Partner & Chef John Jacob, a New York Restaurant School graduate, has over 26 years experience cooking coast-to-coast from Bar Harbor to Seattle.
