WINE TASTINGS

Now that the crowds have gone and dodging storms is what is left, we can share some of the free time to enjoy the finer things in our beach life. We have scheduled 8 tastings over the next 4 months beginning in September.

When the wine is made properly, it is a delicious expression of the vineyard from where it is grown, more so than any other grape. Whether from Santa Rita Hills, Russian River Valley or Willamette Valley, Pinots can taste divine yet completely different from one another. Pali strives to produce Pinots that accentuate the flavors imparted by the individual vineyards from where the grapes are sourced. We buy from a diverse set of vineyards located throughout California and Oregon. We produce only single vineyard designated wines to highlight the individual flavors of the vineyards.
